Materials
EnvyPak products are made of 100%
recyclable polypropylene
EnvyPak standard polypropylene is an extremely strong and durable material that is very common and easy to recycle. It is so inert and protective that it is frequently used for archiving. EnvyPak products can also be reused, which decreases material consumption and saves energy.
EnvyPak products are manufactured from clear polypropylene; check with your local recycling center to locate a recycler.

EnvyPak Biodegradable
Polypropylene
Maintains the functional characteristics of our standard EnvyPak polypropylene, but it contains an organic additive that promotes biodegradability in a typical landfill. Products made with this material can be reused, but at the end of their useful life, they will break down to become part of the soil.
Biodegradable poly will remain stable in a warehouse, on store shelves, in offices, or homes and will begin to biodegrade only after introduction to landfill conditions.
Important characteristics: 100% biodegradable. The biodegradation process can take place aerobically and anaerobically. The film’s materials enable the microorganisms in landfill conditions to metabolize the molecular structure of plastic films. This process does not produce any toxic residue harmful to living organisms in water or on land.
